Just shipped the first commercial healthcare denial-intelligence MCP server. Live at app.coverageunlocked.com/api/mcp, server card at app.coverageunlocked.com/.well-known/mcp/server-card. Spec target: 2025-06-18, Streamable HTTP transport, OAuth 2.1 upgrade in Phase 4.

Why I'm posting here: most MCP case study coverage to date has been horizontal SaaS or dev tools. A regulated-vertical MCP server with PHI sanitization, BAA-eligible auth, and a 481-code proprietary data layer would broaden the surface, and I'm 20 years inside the US payer industry — happy to share the build journey, the auth patterns, the BM25 tool-description ranking lessons, what worked and what didn't.
