Fail to compile on centos 7 with root 6.24

Similar problems see in cppyy. According to this post, the problem is due to root 6.24 uses clang 9, and clang 9 can understand -s option, while previous version not. Switching ROOT to 6.20, which uses clang 5, solved the problem.
