[Feature Request] Reduced Motion

For people with motion sickness it can be tough to use mobile apps with animations. Introducing a Reduced Motion feature that will completely disable all animations would be amazing. ❤️

Most of the animations built-in phone is not as triggering as the in-app ones, having a dedicated toggle for Mages is still good practice!

If you're talking about the loading animations, they can't be removed since they are from inbuilt composables, but the scrolling bubble animations can be turned off via a setting.

I use Android 8, turning off system animations completely also triggers motion sickness due to how everything teleports in front of you, just having it as a dedicated toggle for the animations like getting in and out of chats (the sliding animation to right) or most of the other triggering animations.
