How can I run the server locally? #150

Description

@hackel

This tool doesn't appear to be a grep tool/replacement at all, but merely an indexing and query client for a remote database/search engine. Is that correct? You really need to update your documentation to be more clear and transparent about this fact.

Where can I download the Mixedbread Store source code to run my own local server? It's odd that this critical piece of infrastructure isn't mentioned anywhere in the readme. As far as I can tell, this tool would be entirely useless without internet access, no? Or does the index also get cached locally?

Does the indexing itself happen locally or remotely? I know you say it's encrypted, but using what keys? It doesn't sound like it's e2e, so what actually gets transmitted? Where are the servers located?

While it sounds like a useful tool, obviously no enterprise or security-conscious customer is going to permit any proprietary source code to be uploaded to the servers of some random company nobody's ever heard of without some serious vetting, and would prefer to keep the data in-house. Just wondering what the solution to this looks like.

Thank you!
