The original repo is found here. Modifications can be made to CMakeLists.txt to point to that URL.

At the same time, that original repo appears to be abandoned. MITRE uses it regularly in internal software and so plans to open a repo on GitHub that contains that code. This will be the correct fix for this issue. This issue will remain open until an OSS/GH repo exists that fixes the build.
