Add nested constraint layers for constraint properties

Enable people to disable, or delete constraint properties through constraint layers panel.
Each constraint should be displayed as a parent 'layer' with all of its properties (position, rotation, scale,fill color, etc.) as child layers. Each of the constrained properties should have its sub properties as child layers-(i.e. x,y for position)

Each constraint layer should have an check icon to the left which enables a person to toggle the constraint property to enabled or disabled. Selecting a property or sub property and deleting it should render that property unconstrained.
