Export mirageGraphQLFieldResolver to the library consumers in v0.2.0-beta.5

We are trying the new v0.2.0-beta.5 release and unfortunately the mirageGraphQLFieldResolver is not being exported anymore in the 0.2.0-beta.5 release. Is this method now considered to be a private?

It is no longer a named export but can still be imported. See this import. Does that work for you? If not, I can try to add it back as a named export. Thanks for the input!

When importing directly from lib

import mirageGraphQLFieldResolver from '@miragejs/graphql/lib/resolvers/mirage';

I see the following error:

index.js:860 Uncaught Error: Could not find module `@miragejs/graphql/lib/resolvers/mirage` imported from `(require)`

lib is not a valid subpath exposed in package.json

I released version 0.2.0-beta.6 where all the default exports have been removed in favor of named exports so mirageGraphQLFieldResolver should be importable again.
