setting jinx-languages with Local Variables not working

I have putted these at the end of file:

Better use the command jinx-languages to set the variable. The correct format is as follows (:type string), as is documented in the docstring of the variable jinx-languages:

# jinx-languages: "hi en_US"
# End:
