Bug Report: Autoprovision module is not listing devices from the database

Hi team,

We found a critical bug in the autoprovision module. The interface is not loading or listing the phones that are already registered in the database.

Currently, we have more than 100 phones saved in the database, but the module page appears completely empty. It seems like the query isn't pulling or rendering the data correctly.

Could you please look into this?
