Summary

Prepare HR Admin Platform v0.3.6 as an internal testing release.

Scope

• Bump package/runtime version to 0.3.6.
• Move current changelog entries under the 0.3.6 release heading.
• Refresh release notes and installer documentation references.
• Verify syntax checks before release.
• Tag v0.3.6 after merge so GitHub Actions publishes the release assets.

Acceptance criteria

• Settings/About and manifest report 0.3.6.
• README, deployment docs, CI docs, and release notes reference 0.3.6 installers.
• GitHub Release v0.3.6 contains release and demo installers plus CHECKSUMS.txt.
• The release can be tested internally for a few days.
