UTF-8 error when installing the package

Hello,

I get the "invalid byte sequence in UTF-8" error after lyp is trying to install package fonts. Could you please suggest whether there is a way to install lilyjazz2 somehow? I’ve installed Lilypond 2.19.83. I am almost totally new to Lilypond. I appreciate its customizability, but I am not a developer, and I am struggling with adding the necesary bits.
Any advice would be much appreciated!

I would need a log of the installation to tell with certainty, but this may be an issue with lyp.

Unfortunately, I haven’t found any info (on http://lyp.noteflakes.com or elsewhere) on getting the installation log.
"lyp list" says the package is installed and I copied the fonts manually. But Frescobaldi shows an error if I try to use "/require lilyjazz2". The *.ly files don’t seem to be in C:\Program Files (x86)\LilyPond\usr\share\lilypond\current\ly, should they? I’m lost.
