Windows line endings in scripts

Windows line endings does not recognized by bash:

root@536137b2e733:/workspace# chmod +x manage.py
root@536137b2e733:/workspace# ./manage.py runserver
/usr/bin/env: ‘python\r’: No such file or directory

Please instead of ./manage.py runserver use this command manage.py runserver
