Power BI Powershell - Device Code logins

Due to recent WAM changes we are unable to launch various PS modules when logged in to PS or Code as an admin user. This is down to the way WAM handles login flow

Unfortunately logging in as a standard user isn't really possible as we use Constrained Language Mode - we need to be able to bypass this or to install modules

Power BI PS does not seem to currently support logging in via -DeviceCode which seems to be the most stable way to bypass this currently.

I'd really like to have a -DeviceCode option, as my customer is running scripts via a highly secured VM and often the OOTB popup that MSAL presents doesn't always complete loading (it sometimes just shows a spinner), but DeviceCode should allow it to always login.
