Ctrl+q doesn't exit file picker

Ctrl+q doesn't exit file picker (it probably should immediately close the process?)

steps to reproduce:

1. edit .
2. Ctrl+q

ps. im aware its possible to press esc then quit after, but why not allow quitting straight from the file picker?

My reasoning is that the file picker is a modal dialog (= takes all input). The dialog mimics an OS file picker, so if we assume that Ctrl+Q is our equivalent of Alt+F4, then it should actually close the file picker. That's also how it works on Windows.

Another argument is that modals like this block other keybindings as well. For instance, Ctrl+P doesn't open the document picker anymore. If we made Ctrl+Q the only exception it would be a bit unusual for a somewhat niche use case IMO.
