Is there currently an issue with the distribution of Agent Academy course completion badges?
Several of my coworkers and I have not yet received our Recruit and/or Operative completion badges. When I completed the Recruit course previously, I received the badge almost immediately, so I'm wondering if there is currently a delay or known issue affecting badge delivery.
I have completed all of the required steps for the Operative badge,
Could you please confirm whether there is an issue in processing badges and whether there is anything else needed to complete the badge issuance process?
