Steps To Reproduce

1.Create a black UWP project
2. Install CsWinRT to 3.0.0-preview.260319.2 and update Windows sdk to 10.0.26100.85-preview
3. Complie project

Expected Behavior

Xaml IntelliSense can work nornally

Visual studio 18.4.2
CsWinRT 3.0.0-preview.260319.2

I can't repro locally. I can also see a bunch of errors in those bars at the top. If you can repro this, can you use the VS Feedback tool (top right corner) to create a VS feedback item (record a video with it to repro the issue!) and then share a link? 🙂

This ConsoleApp3 is a new blank console application I created. I didn't perform any other operations; I merely installed CsWinRT3 and modified the attributes required by CsWinRT 3.
