Install into Kiro

Description

Trying to install the extension into Kiro does not succeed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build extension using npm steps as described
2. Install extension into Kiro
3. Get below error:
   Error: Unable to install extension 'ai-engineer-coach.ai-engineer-coach' as it is not compatible with Kiro '1.107.1'.

Expected Behavior

Extension installs cleanly
