Add support to Strimzi `1.0`

microcks/microcks#2127 revealed that the strimzi-operator:latest helm chart now installs the 1.0 version of Strimizi that brings new CRDs version in the Kubernetes cluster.

Strimzi CRDs have moved from kafka.strimzi.io/v1beta2 to kafka.strimzi.io/v1.

We need to update the operator as a consequence.
