We have here this data set: HMP_2019_ibdmdb

Seems the same than "HMP_2019_ibdmdb" in curatedMetagenomicData.

Do we really need to maintain a duplicate?

Instead of keeping a duplicate of HMP_2019_ibdmdb, we can enrich it with metabolome and transcriptome experiments. Such multi-omic dataset is not available anywhere, and it would be a good example of MultiAssayExperiment object.
