Floating "+" button doesn't respect node_array orientation (--row)

E.g. for a node cursor in story.buttons (horizontal alignment) I expect the + after the cursor, not below it.

Fixed it (not yet pushed).
But I am wondering now again if we actually want to display the plus button on desktop at all.
I feel it slows me down actually: something appears ... it wants to be clicked ... whereas before I would just press enter ... it might make sense for absolute beginners.
But my feeling is it would better to teach this in a subtle way than rendering this big button on every click.

Agree actually, in the spirit of "clean canvas" lets not render the + button near the cursor.

Why not in the fixed toolbar where undo/redo is? Then its out of the way. There we can then also put the backspace button, so you can discover both things, though you will soon find out that Enter and Backpace work as well, I think that happens naturally once you spend a bit of time with it?

I'll explore a couple options how to make it more discoverable, ... last resort just delete and add to bottom toolbar.

Created a PR for an alternative approach: snippet for easy placement inside node gaps.

I would then still remove the GapInsertTool.svelte again in another PR once this one got merged. Just want to keep this alternative approach around as it could become useful in the future again.
