[Bug]: LED Heartbeat solid instead of blinking on Heltec V4 (v2.7.26.54e0d8d)

Description

After flashing the Heltec V4 to firmware version 2.7.26.54e0d8d, the board's white LED stops blinking, even though the LED Heartbeat setting is enabled in the Meshtastic app. Instead of blinking, the LED lights up continuously (solid white).
The issue is absent in firmware version 2.7.15.567b8ea, where the heartbeat blinking works perfectly as expected.

Seems to also effect T096. I have it connected to USB power (solid white light) but when I disbale LED heartbeat the LED turns off.
