📄 Documentation Proposal: Add French README (README.fr.md)

Summary

I would like to propose adding a French version of the README (README.fr.md) to improve accessibility for French-speaking users.

Motivation

Providing multilingual documentation helps:

• Improve onboarding for non-English speakers
• Increase community contributions
• Broaden adoption of the project

There is already support for other languages (Chinese), so adding French would be a natural extension.

Proposal

I can prepare and submit a complete French translation of the README as a Pull Request.

Additional Notes

• A link to README.fr.md can be added in the main README alongside other language options.
• The translation can be refined collaboratively over time if needed.

Expected Impact

• Better accessibility for French-speaking developers
• Increased engagement and contributions from the community
