Replaces old issue #937.
Problem
Apply, training, and build-profile screens can appear detached from the rest of the app because the surrounding layout/header is hidden on these routes. Users should still have clear MENTEE or hub context while completing onboarding.
Required behavior
- Add a compact header or brand area to Apply, Training, and Build Profile screens.
- Include MENTEE branding, and hub/N50 branding where the route is hub/N50-specific.
- Preserve existing back navigation and language selector.
- Keep mobile layout clean and avoid pushing form content awkwardly.
Acceptance criteria
/application-form, /application-training, /build-profile, and N50 variants show appropriate branding.- Hub invite build-profile pages show hub context where available.
- Header works on desktop and mobile.
- No form controls overlap or shift unexpectedly.
