To investigate this we'd need the Winhance log files (under C:\ProgramData\Winhance\Logs — specifically WinhanceStartupLog.txt and WinhanceLog.txt), the Winhance version (Settings → About) and your Windows build, and the exact steps to reproduce, starting from a fresh install.
