[BUG] Closing the `Show Home Folder` option will result in the inability to promptly refresh the `Add / Remove` quick access functions.

Closing the Show Home Folder option will result in the inability to promptly refresh the Add / Remove Quick Access functions.
You must open a new tab or restart File Explorer to see the effect.
Everything is working fine after enabling the Show Home Folder option and restarting File Explorer.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Close Show Home Folder option
2. Open File Explorer and add the folder to Quick Access
3. You will notice that eh left Quick Access panel has not been updated
