'Bézier Fixer.py' should be called 'Bezier Fixer.py'

This script should be called Bezier Fixer (at least in the menu), many users can not easily access é, so when searching for the script under Help, typing 'Bezier' does not bring it up even though it should:

And I think the Tunnify should still stay as a standalone script. I find it useful to just run it quickly from the ⌥⌘R shortcut for the outlines I'm working on. Opening the new fixer panel and click on the button is a bit time consuming and it applies to all outlines right now.

I agree with @sovichet which is why I just grabbed the script from the commit before this change.
