Can't use toutatis

After installation ,upon using the tool it shows "user" error

@shannn4u Try cloning the repo instead. I saw the same error when using pip install toutatis to install the application but it isn't showing on the clone repo version.

For context, The PyPI version was last released in June 2024, whereas the GitHub version is from December 2024.
