Upgrade version of babel-plugin-inline-react-svg to 2.0.1 in babel-config-react package

IBD has dependabot alert (vulnerability) for js-yaml which comes from babel-plugin-inline-react-svg in babel-config-react. The issue is resolved in its latest version
