xmi2plantuml function not accessible?

xmi2plantuml seems inaccessible from some activity specifications. We need to check whether this was fixed when deploying #72 and, if not, work out what the problem might be.

We're currently using a strange version of the Epsilon Micronaut on the publicly hosted platform (see here). As a result, some of the functions available via the standard Epsilon Tool Server image aren't available to platform users when going through the publicly hosted platform.

We should move over to ghcr.io/epsilonlabs/playground-micronaut:ep-tool-server by default to address this problem and always use the latest version of the Epsilon tool server.

Please don't use the old playground-micronaut images. Instead, use the playground-backend/ep-tool-server images:

I'd recommend the 0.2-epsilon2.8 tag. It's the latest stable version of the server, with the latest stable version of Epsilon.

Correction: it appears that we are actually running from main on the public platform. This does import the standard, if out-dated ghcr.io/epsilonlabs/playground-micronaut:0.1. It's then unclear, why some functions are missing.

Specifically, it looks like currently function xmi2plantuml seems inaccessible from the platform though it is made available by Epsilon.

PR #72 upgrades the Docker image used for Epsilon to the recommended version. Once this is merged and deployed, we should revisit this issue to see if the new version also fixes the problem of the missing function. If not, we need to understand why not.
