Hello Maintainers,

I am an official contributor for GSSoC 2026 and would love to take ownership of this issue.

Based on the description provided, there is currently no postmortem process, so lessons are not captured and similar incidents repeat.

My Proposed Fix:

• Postmortem module: Add a structured postmortem template (timeline, root cause, lessons learned, action items) linked to each incident.
• UI & retrieval: Provide UI to create and review postmortems and surface past lessons for similar incidents.
• Testing & Docs: Validate the create/view flow and document how to use the postmortem feature.

Could you please assign this issue to me so I can begin working on it?
