Add Standards to Ngo and Orphanage

One of the main characteristics of the Ngo and Orphanages is the standards. These are the status or needs in each of the areas that Orphanage Without Borders defined as the main areas of focus: Clean Water, Food, Shelter, Clothing, Medicine, Hygiene, Safety, Physical Activities, Schooling Education, Guidance, Responsabilities, Discipline, Love, Compassionate Environment, Joy and Hope of Future.

We need a class on the back end (Standard) to define a value and description for each of these areas; two classes to associate them to the Ngo (NgoStandard) and Orphanage (OrphanageStandard); a method in the Ngo and Orphanage class to retrieve the standard for a specific Ngo or Orphanage; a method in the Ngo and Orphanage class to update them; and links and text in the front end to visualize all this information.

I created a Standard class in the back end that contains an attribute for each of the areas. The attribute is in the form of a class called AreaStandard that allows to have multiple instances of the standard with three lists: one for the value of the standard (presumably a precentage), another for the description of the standard, and a third one with the date. Each index of the three list are tied must be tied to each other. Then, we will be able to keep track of how the comments and the status evolve with time. We need to add a few methods to handle that.

There are two childs of Standard: one for Ngo and one for Orphanage. It was not strictly necessary but I think it will be worth in the futures if we want to map for example what are the needs in a specific area vs what are the resources. We won't have to dig into all standards and select the one that correspond to the needs or resources.

I also created a class NgoStandard associating the Ngo to the Standards. When a new Ngo is created, a new Standard is also created and associated to that Ngo, similarly as the association to the Ngo and User. You can find that change in the Ngo:findOrCreate... method.

Next it will be to add a method in the NgoService to retrieve the associate Standard and modify the StandardInfo class to send the information to the front end where it can be displayed. May be we will need a StandardView class as well.

I ended up adding a service to communicate with the front end and being able to retrieve and update standards directly without going through Ngo or Orphanage classes. That will allow to do statistics or mapping the standard distribution. The StandardInfo now contains all the areas. I added a SNgo that extends from Standard.

I tested the ingestion of an Ngo and crashed. Need some debugging.
