Add Support for Multiple Commits in Single Push

Currently, I think the way the post-receive hook is written, it only supports one commit at a time. We need this to support multiple commits in a given push.

only one issue, and excactly the one i'm running into... It only supports one commit at a time.

The JSON has a 'commit' section, so i think it should be possible to add a loop. The link above doesn't work any more unfortunately.
