Editor S15: iOS deploy + export (gated on defer/ios reattach)

iOS export + on-device deploy from the editor. Parked until the defer/ios branch is reattached (pending an Apple Developer account); tracked here so the P2 surface is complete.

Scope (when unparked):

• Export .ipa via the scaffolded iOS build script
• On-device deploy through devicectl / ios-deploy, surfaced in the Devices panel (Editor S8: Devices panel #77)
• Signing/provisioning config in user prefs

Blocked on iOS bundle + Settings.bundle wiring living on defer/ios.

Depends on #74 (export build), defer/ios reattach. Parent: #45.
