Remove Dependencies

Remove Nuget packets

• Ensure.That in Mbc.Ads.Mapper

Remove Dependencies with include into projekt to the following mbc libs

• Mbc.Hdf5Utils --> Include into Mbc.Pcs.Net.DataRecorder

Replace:

• Microsoft.Extensions.CommandLineUtils to System.CommandLine
• Newtonsoft.Json to system.text.json
• NLog -> use ilogger

Replace it or include the code into this repository.
