[Feature Request] [UX] Function to open/add items in Newly Minted in/to library

When items in Newly Minted is clicked, it open the corresponding source page

Instead it'd be awesome if it:

1. Check if the series of that source is registered in the library
2. If yes then open the library item
3. If no then start the add serie function
4. Add a button to open the source page for each items

Move to Discussion, seems right. The only issue, is that sources might not share exact names between sources, so it will be tricky to match if you have the series from other source, but if you have the source and series, we already have the info (Red Heart), and its possible.
