How to handle radio stations with only HTTP Redirect (load balancer) URLs?

example: HITRADIO RTL

• Its current database entry no longer loads the stream, so tried to add it as a custom station.
• The official station URL is only a redirect: https://web.radio.hitradio-rtl.de/hrrtl-sachsen/stream/mp3?aggregator=direktlink , Shortwave can not handle that.
