Hello, I'm the mcl upstream maintainer and interested in updating the patches that are in https://github.com/fhcrc/mcl (relative to mcl release 14-137) to the current source tree of mcl (latest released version 22-282) at http://github.com/micans/mcl . As I understand it pplacer (in Debian) needs these patches; it has not been possible to build (in Debian) mcl 22-282 yet with the ocaml patches on which pplacer depends.
Is there a possibility of someone (in fhcrc?) giving some support/guidance or even testing? I will most likely not be in a position to test.
