It would be useful to be able to ask seshat what event IDs it has indexed for a given room ID. The reasoning is that when we want to apply retention rules in clients, it would be good to be able to fetch the events we have stored so we can run retention rules over them.
Currently I believe the only way to retrieve event information is to search for them
