We have a room in which only trusted users can join. We have automatism for inviting to that room. It would be great, if all people in the room could be trusted to post media.

Sounds relatively simple to implement, since I think this feature already exists for a hard-coded room?

#168 will probably help create structures that support this kind of filtering - I'm sort of imagining that we'll end up with a "run this layer if..." config, which could include "if user is part of X room".
