Smoother Keyboard Scrolling

Please allow the keyboard shortcuts j and k to scroll the page incrementally instead of the full page. Additionally, allow a modifier like Shift to modify this behaviour and scoll full pages.

So I discovered that if I zoom in and out with +/- I can then use j/k to scroll how I want.

Don't see a menu for this anywhere or any settings but this behviour seems standard in anotherPDF viewer as well
