Use VICE binary monitor bridge

Hi Martin,

I'm abusing issues to let you know that I've implemented a VICE binary monitor bridge for .NET 5, currently in beta. Perhaps it might be of use to your nice VICEPDBMonitor project. The only drawback for you is that it is written for .NET 5 - in case you want to use it, you would need to upgrade to .NET 5 as well.
Anyways, I'm thinking of rewriting VICEPDBMonitor in .NET 5 using a cross platform UI library as well eventually.

Hi there. Thank you for flagging this to me. When I get some inspiration to work on this again I'll probably include this to make debugging faster, Or maybe Ozi will pick it up and add. :)

You're welcome. My next step will probably be implementing acme pdb parser - have to check it out.
