Color Input? is it possible

Well, my guess is that that it is not posisble to input manually a color and see what it is, alongside with the main function color picker with mouse.

I think if would a great addtion as in fact it can become such handy app that repalces many others.

The Powertoys one can input RGB, HEX, and scroll to roughly select HSV
