Explanation of Policies

I added an explanation of what each policy does and also allowed the customising of toolbar (screenshot, split, etc) and created another reg file. How do I contribute that?

You would create a fork of this project, make the change there, then create a pull request that the owner of this project can review and decide whether to merge into this one.
