Build ARM Docker image for Apple silicon Chip

Rosetta will soon no longer be available for emulating x86_64 images. I currently use an Apple M5 with Sillicon chip for development at my company. Would it be possible to build and release an ARM image to prepare for Rosetta’s eventual discontinuation? So far, I haven’t found an alternative.

It's a Java application then it should be possible, a clean pull request is welcome :-)
