Hibernation resume regression on Linux 7.1

Describe the bug
Hibernation worked correctly with Linux 6.18. After upgrading to Linux 7.1.3, the system enters hibernation successfully but never resumes. The display remains black and a hard reboot is required.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Hibernate
2. Try to resume
3. No hibernation resume image message appears, hard reboot required.

Expected behavior
The system resumes normally after hibernation.

Environment:

• Desktop Environment: Cinnamon
• Kernel Version: 7.1.3-1-MANJARO
• Manjaro Version: rolling
• Graphics Driver: amdgpu (for RX 6800)
• Device: custom gaming tower, CPU AMD Ryzen 5 5600, motherboard MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS

Is it going to be resolved in upcoming upgrades.....?
Well someone suggested me to use proprietary-drivers instead of open-dkms-drivers, but arch sys didn't lemme install those.

This bug actually seems much more problematic I thought in first place: I also have to hard reboot after a suspension!
