By setting which value we can make it as full circle

At your situation you need to import the file "MKMagneticProgress.swift" to your project and remove below line from the this file:

        if spaceDegree < 45.0{
            spaceDegree = 45.0
        }
        
        if spaceDegree > 135.0{
            spaceDegree = 135.0
        }

from line 77 to 83

then at your code put below line at your code:
magProgress.spaceDegree = 0
