All VUGs contain a sentence like "All samples in Af1.4 have been sequenced individually to high coverage using Illumina technology at the Wellcome Sanger Institute. " which is not always true.
The ones that I am aware of are:
Af1.1: 1236-VO-TZ-OKUMU-VMF00248 was sequenced using Novogene
Af1.2: 1236-VO-TZ-OKUMU-VMF00252 was sequenced using Novogene
Af1.3: 1236-VO-TZ-OKUMU-VMF00261 was sequenced using Novogene
Af1.4: 1354-VO-KE-DONNELLY-VMF00281 was sequenced using BMKGENE
Af1.5: 1355-VO-MW-MCCANN-VMF00315 was sequenced at the University of Maryland (doesn't have a VUG yet)
Ag3.16: 1355-VO-MW-MCCANN-VMF00315 was sequenced at the University of Maryland (Ag3.16 VUG #125)
Ag3.17: 1270-VO-MULTI-PAMGEN-VMF00336 was sequenced using DNBSEQ and 1354-VO-KE-DONNELLY-VMF00337 was sequenced using BMKGENE (doesn't have a VUG yet)
