Print issues on internal threads of Middle Housing

A maker has reported difficulty with printing the middle housing. The internal threads did not print properly, with filament bridging across internal chords rather than smoothly around the perimeter.

This problem persisted in spite of trying different printers/slicers (Bambu, Creality), different filament, and adjusting printing speed/temperatures.

This was something that was occasionally experienced with previous versions of the LipSync, but hasn't been experienced more recently.

Update on this: I messed around with a whole raft of different slicer settings, and in the end - the thing that fixed it was to print this part with much thinner layers. I printed with .08mm layers and the threads were able to be printed correctly

Thanks for the update @ericwagers.

When I read your message, the other thing that popped into my head as something that may have resolved similar issues in the past was replacing the 3D printer nozzle. Perhaps less likely in this case given that the issue persisted across multiple printers.

I'll add a corresponding note in the Maker Guide about the print layer height.
