[Feature]: Custom PCB Design & PCBA via PCBWay

PCBWay has offered to sponsor the fabrication and assembly (PCBA) for our next hardware iteration, which motivated this issue. 🎉

Physio is currently running on a breadboard/dev-board prototype from the initial hackathon build. To make the device suitable for clinical use, we need to shrink the form factor into a compact wrist/arm wearable.

Milestones

• Scope schematic ← must include ESP32-C3, dual MPU6050 footprints, LiPo charging, and BLE antenna clearance
• Select cost-effective standard components ← prioritize PCBWay in-stock basic parts to fit within PCBA budget
• Route PCB ← aiming for a compact 2-layer design
• Export Gerbers, BOM, and Pick-and-Place files
• Submit design files to PCBWay for fabrication and assembly
• Document the engineering journey from breadboard to custom PCB ← needed for the genuine PCBWay review
