What version of Qt should I use for building QtWeb?

I tried Qt4.8 and use Qt Creator to build the project. Errors happened.

theres some tricks for build with qt 4.6, or what release build with qt 4.6?

Is it possible to upgrade the Qt version on this? I do realize this project has been abandoned a long time ago, but this could be a great lightweight cross-platform alternative to Electron, especially with the simple to configure .ini file.
